We have another A Peaceful Solution video contest winner. This one is by John Greathouse and he has also put it up on his blog.

John says, “It is the first video I created and the first time I posted a video to you tube. It is also the first time I have tried to embed it in to a word press blog entry.

“It is a collection of people giving the peace sign. The images were selected presenting different view points of the very complicated Iraq conflict. It is meant to present the conflict from multiple angles. Soldier, War Protester, Iraq Citizen, etc.

He used Windows Movie Maker that is standard with a Windows XP installation to make it. So it certainly doesn’t require expensive special software or even a video camera to get involved. And just as we promised, we’ve posted it here and given him links back to his website and blog.

Thank you John for standing up with us and helping to spread the message of A Peaceful Solution a little bit farther across the United States and around the world. And thank you for the link back to our contest. John even used the button graphic we have made available for the link back.

All in all a splendid job well done especially for someone new to both running a blog and making video for online distribution. This just goes to show that virtually anyone that can get online already has access to basic video making tools.

So if you have a little bit of time on your hands why not make a video? The A Peaceful Solution video contest is still open and accepting entries. Everyone is a winner and all winners get posted on this site.
