Yesterday in a workshop on families with refugee women from Afghanistan, Iraq, Iran, Surinam, India, Serbia, Indonesia I felt so connected with the pain, the struggle, the courage of women starting again in a new land with a new language. Mostly they have been forced to come to Holland because of war and oppression. Thank you. Yes Elaine,

I was very moved in my heart & spirit in reading these words that are speaking to the power of truth. The sadness one feels on a daily basis in seeing & hearing of the continued violence against humankind, animals & the environment that is waged (mostly) by men is a very sad/frightening reality we face as a species. It has been my pleasure to have known you for several years and your wisdom, caring and compassion for healing through your words and actions is very inspiring to all.
