Are you ready? Willie Nelson wants to initiate individuals into a conspiracy to commit deliberate works of Art for Peace.

Willie Nelson founder of Willie Nelson Peace Research Institute is asking for your collaboration on a project by spreading a message of Peace called A Peaceful Solution.
Artists need encouragement not criticism.
We offer several ways to help us in our conspiracy to commit deliberate works of Art for Peace. You can take Willie Nelson’s audio recordings of A Peaceful Solution and make your own video.
Willie Nelson watches all of them and tells his friends.
You may take the lyrics of A Peaceful Solution and create your own version of the song.
Willie Nelson listens to all of them.
Willie Nelson Peace Research Institute will post all versions of A Peaceful Solution whether it is video or audio. We will give you your own web page featuring your work with a write-up about you and your work for peace. You may do as many as you like and we will post all of them as individual write-ups with links.

We also offer to feature any art medium that reflects a positive peaceful message.

We will contact you via email if we will use your work. Remember if you do A Peaceful Solution we guarantee you a post. If the Art for Peace is not Willie Nelson’s song A Peaceful Solution then we have to decide if the work agrees with our Mission statement.

Willie Nelson Peace Research Institute is asking artists to submit a brief heartfelt bio answering a few questions:
Why are you passionate about creating peace?
How long have you been working for peace?
What motivates you to work for peace and the environment?
Why have you chosen the path of Art for Peace?
What are your ideas for peaceful solutions?
We want to focus on you in relation to why you work for peace and the environment and why art. Please keep it positive. We are not promoting artists but promoting peace through the artist’s work. Please don’t make it too much about you.
Open Your Heart
Our readers want to know your heart. Please tell us who you are and not just what you’ve done. We will include what you’ve done if it’s in relation to peace and our mission goals.
Willie Nelson Peace Research Institute is about peace and similar issues linked by compassion. Justice, human rights, animal rights, appropriate technology and respect for the environment are all part of a peaceful solution.
We want to reach people at a deep level and you have so much to say which is evident to us in your Art for Peace but might not be evident to our readers.
We are looking for something conversational addressing your feelings and reasons for working towards peace. Why have you chosen this path? Something our readers can relate to because they feel the same way or maybe they need you to give them permission to feel and create what they are feeling.

Dear Liz,
I don’t have a website yet so I’m not sure where to post my novel, “Road To Angel City”. I’m working on it, though. I’m the guy who wrote the screenplay for the movie about the ‘Texas Slave Ranch” case, called, “Mountain Home”, before I left to move out here. I’d like to share what It’s about and maybe I’ll find a place here to do that. I also wrote a sample speech for a presidential candidate that I doubt any of them will use since it focuses on peace. Anyway, thanks for your response and I hope to see you or Willie soon. Adios.

Here’s the first draft of the my synopsis.
“Road to Angel City”, is a novel that covers the decades between the early sixties through the present following the experiences of a young man, (Joshua Cain) who graduates from a South Texas high school and sets out to see why things seem so ‘fake’ and shallow in the world. He is not a documentarian so much as a dreamer and poet who sees vivid beauty everywhere he looks and is excited at the chance to explore his suspicions – and learn his lessons along the way.
He favors no one side or group – but looks for truth, (or lies), courage and beauty in all things and individual people he encounters on the often painful road leading through countries around the world.
Understanding the nature of truth underlying the whole of life is his quest. Traditional disciplines and doctrines hold no more interest for him than standard interpretations of success. All seem hollow to him and he rejects them in favor of finding something yet undiscovered beneath it all.
His uniquely timeless approach to living and thinking – and his strange reliance on intuition and faith above all other motives – lead him to an extraordinary path of discovery, depth and revelation about the nature of truth, war, peace and human society.
Angel City becomes a vision of an enlightened future where world peace and good will come to rule the afflicted human heart.
