		<description>It sounds like a very optimistic goal, but how do these two organizations plan on achieving this grand dream?  People set unrealistic goals in the media all the time; they are called political campaigns, and I don&#039;t see goal setting as progress without the proper planning and moral conviction to follow through with those plans.  Perhaps my caustic cynicism is the result of the last of my hopes for this country evaporating like a small puddle in an endless desert of unrealized political promises.</description>
