Artists possess a power and a beauty that for many centuries, has been admired and sought-after by every King, Queen, President & Dictator who has ever lived. By every Prime Minister, Ambassador, Corporate CEO. By anyone who ever needed that certain ‘something’ that Artist’s possess, that can change hearts and minds, influence elections, motivate warriors, lead to successful peace negotiations.

The Artist is the Wizard of our day, the magician who uses his or her musical, visual or poetic alchemy, to create brand new formulas, potions that the World has never seen. Medicine for the Soul that the World craves so badly.

This is why it is so important that the Arts be supported by society, so that the Artists are not forced to sell out to the corporations, to the ruling class, forced as in the Dark Ages, to work for Kings and Popes, to influence the public opinion in favor of such things as war & social discord.

A good example of this type of usurping of the artistic force, would be in a word…..LAWYERS!

So whatever chaos surrounds you, oh great Artist and Artist-in-Training, let ye not be seduced by the gold and riches offered by the Kings of Finance and War, to offer your services to those wishing to use your talents for their selfish, greedy and chaotic ends.
