I Weep For The Children by The Patriot Trio
We previously featured A Peaceful Solution The Patriot Trio on these pages. Continuing in the same vein, they continue to ask for us to consider the consequences of our actions.
All actions result in consequences and any sane person knows that. Life itself seems, to a large extent, to be a never ending cycle of action-consequence-action-consequence.
Together, we have the power to create positive, loving and mutually supportive consequences. No one really has a good enough reason not to do this.
A certain destructive type of dysfunctional person goes through life indifferent to the consequences of their actions, a psychopath. Together we must ask the question of who can be behind all this death and destruction to discover the psychopaths among us.
Together we can keep pressing our grievances and demanding policy change to create a peaceful world.
The Patriot Trio consistently express dismay over the current global order. For example SCAMMED SILLY SHEEPLE FINALLY WISE UP? and LIFE HAS BECOME LIKE A BAD TWILIGHT ZONE EPISODE.

At the age of 57 I realize that I have more miles behind than I have ahead. I’m truly thankful that I experienced the final remnant of Americana during the 1950s. My father worked in the Furniture industry in Lenoir, NC and my mother cooked, cleaned and kept the house. Neighbors came by to visit, we were always in church services, folks were always willing to lend a helping hand. After supper we would watch the old black and white sitcoms like “The Andy Griffith Show” “Leave it to Beaver” and “Father know Best”.
We didn’t have video games, cell phones, computers or I-Pods, but we had everything in the world that we needed. We respected our parents and grandparents. We respected our school teachers and principles. If we misbehaved we were punished.
Looking back today it almost seems surreal. I have been married twice and always dreamed of having a child. It never happened. Anymore I truly thank God I did not.
We have seen a monumental debt occur in America since late 2008. This is a debt that will be passed on to the children of America.
We are seeing nightmarish legislation being passed almost everyday that further erodes the lifestyle I was fortunate enough to live as a child. It has become obvious to most of the general public that we have been sold out in America.
Our leaders no longer value their oath to the Constitution. We face a pivotal moment in history.
When I look into the eyes of the children I feel a literal lump in my throat. What will they face in the coming years?
I truly do “Weep for the Children”.

Mike, I couldn’t have said it better myself. Life when we were growing up was nothing like it is today. Like you I see more miles behind me than I do ahead of me. Sadly the miles ahead are nothing to look forward to. This is so not the future I envisioned as a child. I too weep for the children. Their future is being systematically stripped away from them more with each passing day. Having 3 children and 3 grandchildren I don’t see a future for them at all. Not a future that I would have chosen for them anyway. Can we change the course of what is to come. I don’t know. I really don’t know.
