“I believe creative imagination rules the universe.” Willie Nelson
“The most important decision we make is whether we believe we live in a friendly or hostile universe.” Albert Einstein
This is a huge distinction and crucial to understanding what is going on today in our world. If you haven’t consciously decided what kind of universe you live in I know subconsciously you have and the way you live your life proves your belief. What thoughts dominate your mind? Are your thoughts influenced and dominated by the powers- that -be who want us to be afraid, be very afraid? I think it’s pretty obvious the kind of world they are bent on creating. But Einstein told us we have a choice and that choice determines the kind of life we experience.
And if you have bought into the vision of a hostile world by default or by choice, it’s not too late to evaluate the decision and change your belief. We really need to take responsibility for our thoughts. IT’S NOT OK to visualize all this negativity continually as a done deal. Yes there are negative things going on but we don’t have to add to them with strong emotional negative affirmations. We can be someone who believes we live in a friendly universe that is going to support us rather than work against us and positive solutions are possible. Remember we have a choice. The only freedom we possess for sure is the ability to choose our own thoughts. It just takes practice to break old habits. Start by paying attention and dream the world you want to live in.
Keeping an emotional distance from the culture of death vision bombarding us all the time contributes to peace and well-being. Find something in this beautiful world to focus on that lifts your spirit. We have power in our thoughts and in our actions. Quit giving it away by buying into the mainstream negativity. I’m not saying put your head in the sand and hope it goes away. I’m saying be informed, visualize positive solutions and act. Any conscious step towards the light affects everyone.
Guarding our thoughts and feelings by consciously choosing how we react to the information we receive and directing those thoughts and feelings towards tangible positive visions and solutions benefits everyone including those misdirected souls who get their name in print way too often.
If you don’t have a solution, rather than say, “I don’t know” pose a question to your mind like “how can I find a solution to this particular situation?” Asking the question gets the wheels turning and soon answers will come to you. Choose to be creative. Everyone is an artist at heart.
“Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won’t feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine, as children do. We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It is not just in some of us; it is in everyone. And, as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.”
Marianne Williamson
