Marley, Michelle and Jane bring us a truly special gift of peace and love through this beautiful, sensitive and thoughtful interpretation of A Peaceful Solution done family style. Jane introduced the project to Marley and Michelle and they got into it 100%.

This is a great version of the song because it allows each person to display her talents individually and as a trio. What a perfect example of harmony and unity.

Listen to these incredible harmonies. Marley and Michelle took this creative challenge and worked out their own harmonies. These harmonies blend and build providing a smooth flow throughout the song and culminate in the spectacular ending by an angelic choir.

Jane’s acoustic guitar melodies compliment the harmonies and provide a strong balance musically to support the lyrics. When Jane sings, “It’s a dream so believe it…” I hear her strong belief that this is important and we can do it together. I do believe her.

Marley added a perceptive twist to the lyrics by changing the original lyrics from “Now let’s take back America,” to “Now we’re taking back America.” This subtle lyric change represents a powerful idea. Right now we’re doing it, present tense. This is the time. No waiting. Not sometime in the future.

Jane set the stage to discuss peace by working on a song about peace. Her children became her collaborators. It became important for everyone. If more families would play music and talk about peace together then a peaceful resolution would be at hand. Thank you, Jane, for sharing music as a family activity. You provide a wonderful gift to your children and the world.

This music video is now played worldwide showing a family singing A Peaceful Solution together. What better way to represent peace than by families singing peaceful songs and sharing with the world?

This picture of peace and harmony exemplifies the primal organization of humanity. The future depends on us creating strong family bonds. It’s inspirational to see and hear children contributing to a peaceful future with their parents. Brilliant concept, Jane.

Thank you Marley, Michelle and Jane for creating a song of peace as a way to talk about peace. You express so much with a song. Your contribution to a peaceful solution is most appreciated.

I am passionate about peace because if people were fighting for peace instead of just plain fighting, a lot more would get accomplished. We could concentrate on the important things like caring for our planet as a whole, and striving for understanding each other’s differences.

I feel I have been working for peace since I was a young child, when I was quite young the Vietnam War was going on, and I remember my family praying every night for the war to end. I had an older brother and sister that both marched for peace in Washington D.C. So this was something that I grew up with and was one of my main concerns.

The thing that motivates me to work for peace is seeing young children grow up and wanting the future to be a better one for them.

The reason that I have chosen the path of Art for Peace is I feel, that we must do whatever we can in our own way to make a difference. I feel if the art community joins together with our various venues of artistic abilities, we will become a force through our artistic expression.

We have discussed different Solutions for peace.

Number #1 would be to vote in Government officials that feel a strong need for understanding and striving for peace.

One thing that we all can do is make a conscious effort to try to get along with people ourselves.

And set a good example by listening, understanding, and respecting others.

This is a good lesson to live by and if everyone did it the world would automatically be a better place.

Thanks for listening, Jane
