Ed Mulrooney sings about “lies and broken promises” and suggests we “take back our freedom now” in his version of “A Peaceful Solution.”

Think about your freedom.

Do you feel that you possess freedom or are you ensnared in the causal machinations of our government? Have you ever possessed freedom or have you just been enjoying a fantasy?

The belief in personal freedom forged one of the cornerstones of this country.

We The People believed they had created a country that celebrated and preserved personal freedom. Either they were fooled over 200 years ago or somewhere along the way We The People lost those freedoms.

During the past 100 years virtually every conflict fought by the United States of America has been for the express purpose of establishing global military supremacy to benefit the imperialistic expansion of multinational corporations. We now know that many of those were instigated with false flag operations to motivate We The People to go along.

For many generations We The People have been manipulated into surrendering our freedom for the sake of multinational corporate security. Our freedom has not been the only casualty.

We The People have died and are dying for multinational corporate goals.

The environment has been ravaged in the extraction of non-renewable resources and indigenous peoples have been eradicated so the devastation can continue. All of this death and destruction has benefited multinational corporations.

Look around and see who profits from all this strife. Certainly those tens of thousands of We The People who stand to lose their homes in foreclosure are not profiting.

With our health standards near the bottom of the list of developed countries you can see that We The People are not profiting from it. At the most multinational corporations offer the youth of We The People the opportunity to fight and die or be crippled in a foreign land securing multinational corporate profits.

Take back our freedom now.

This world holds the possibility of freedom but we must stand up and claim it. As long as there are those who profit from restricting our freedom, we will have to take steps to hold and maintain our freedoms.

You must consider what steps you are prepared to take to reclaim, hold and maintain your freedoms. I say you must because the takers will not stop of their own accord and if there is to be any quality of life for our remaining years or for those We The People yet unborn the takers must be stopped.

Now.

At the end of this version of “A Peaceful Solution” Ed Mulrooney sings “a peace resolution and a peaceful revolution saved our freedom now.”

Let us pray this comes to pass.

My name is Ed. I’m originally from Newfoundland, Canada, but now reside in Alberta, Canada.

Music has always been a passion for me. It is the truest form of communication I can think of. It really can change the world I believe.

My biggest motivation for peace on this planet is undoubtedly my daughter, Mckenna. Our children deserve a fair and unbiased chance at a future that, in all respects, is theirs to begin with.

I hope that in some way, big or small, this song by Willie and Amy Nelson will make a difference and help us all work toward a true peaceful solution.
