Guy Barnes created his version of “A Peaceful Solution” in the United Kingdom. This provides us with the opportunity to remember the positive role long held by the United States of America.
For over 200 years the United States of America has been the beacon of Freedom and Liberty. In this role as the ideological leader in progressive government the United States of America inspired many other people to seek their own Freedom and Liberty.
For a long time the United States of America carried the beacon aloft for the rest of the world to follow. But too often the government of the United States of America did not support other people achieving what we achieved and instead supported corrupt totalitarian regimes because it was more profitable for large corporations.
After disappointing and apparently deceiving many people the United States of America lost its good reputation until now we represent cruel oppression, senseless violence and endless greed. The grand image of the United States of America that once belonged to the world and led the way for all has fallen.
In this greater sense the United States of America belonged to the world as a positive model. This has been taken away from the world and replaced with a hideous monster. The world wants the previous version of the United States of America back.
Bring back the United States of America that possessed high ideals and lived up to them with exemplary actions. Bring back the United States of America that functioned as the worlds greatest voice for peace instead of the current global demagogue for war.
Therefore it comes as no surprise that musicians from around the world join Willie Nelson in singing “A Peaceful Solution” all the way through to “…take back America.”
The future is ours if we claim it. Otherwise it will default to the ilk of the current government. The choice is ours. Let’s take back America.

I`m not a politician, I have no experience of running a country…running anything really outside my own company and my guys, But if you ask me…that makes me ten times more qualified than the leaders that are running our countries right now!
I am not an American citizen, I am from the UK, but I believe both our countries are suffering from the same disease, its called greed.
Politicians, Government, call it what you like it seems to me don’t care about peace, they care about keeping us all fat and full so hopefully when they tell us something, we will be too stupid not to believe it, so this is my thoughts on the subject, for what it’s worth, and I believe I speak for the world, not just the US and the UK.
We all know what Iraq was and is really about, just as we know your puppet president got where he is because he`s a Bush, and probably because Coca Cola, Macdonald’s and all the other massive powers helped put him there, but you think you have it bad, we have Gordon Brown!!
We were built on farming, cottage industry and integrity, where men and boys went to war together, now boys kill other boys in playgrounds, who brought them up to not know better?…guys my age! which means the general IQ has really gone downhill.
The papers are so celebrity biased Paris Hilton is more famous than Sir Edmund Hilary (do you know who that is? look him up!) and we are getting taxed out of house and home literally..Is that right?….Hell No!
Isn’t it about time our countries got off its sofas and said NO…NO to ridiculous laws and legislations that stop your average working man from being able to go to his local bar after a hard day’s work and have a drink to escape the hardship of his working life because it’s too expensive to go out and have fun, NO to closing down hospitals already to unsafe to stay in because we might die on the way out let alone on the way in! NO to large conglomerates bullying out farmers of their livelihoods and NO to not being able to walk outside your front door let alone staying in it without being attacked by youths with no moral obligation to stay out of trouble because they themselves have no outlet for their aggression and parents too damn dumb and stupid to keep them in on a school night instead of letting them run riot on the streets.
NO to a country that is too scared of doing the right thing in case it gets screwed for it, and YES to a country that is scared of doing the wrong thing because dammit you should be.
That is what I want; it’s a pipe dream bit that what I want, I believe Peace would ensue because for once what would be worth fighting for would be what we all want…to live free.
